How to sleep late and wake up early | Good advices


sleep late and wake up earlyYou maybe are one of those who sleep late at night, and you find a trouble when you want to wake up early, in this article i will share with you some ways to sleep late and wake up early,

Okay when you go to your bed just sleep as you always do, when you want to wake up in a specific time try to setting up your Alarm clock or your phone alarm on the time that you wish to wake up in, and then you Should Put this alarm in a feet or a little bit far away from you or your couch,that's will make you wake up although you don't want to,because the Alarm clock make noise and you can't sleep when there is a noise nearby you,

Another thing to do is when you wake up try to open your eyes and look into somewhere that has a lights, that's will make you getting rid of feeling sleepy,

Another thing also to do is when you wake up try to wash your face by cold water this also helps to getting rid of feeling sleepy, 

These ways that i mention you can do it when you have a normal weather, but when you have a cold weather you need to do one more thing that can help you too, Read about it below...

In cold weather before you go to bed try to wear more clothes for example a light jacket or a heavy shirt, thats sounds a little bit crazy but that's really helps, because when you wear a Light shirt during cold weather your body can't get enough warm, you will get warm only when you laying on your bed but what about if you're outside of your bed or if you're trying to get outside of your bed, once you get outside of your bed you'll feel cold and you will get back to your bed and you'll back to sleep again, but if you wear some clothes that can covered cold once you get outside of your bed you will not feel cold and of course you will be able to get rid of feeling sleepy if you get rid of cold first,


Please Remember that a human body need at least 8 hours of sleep and if you do not sleep enough hours that will not be good for your health, soo keep strong and healthy
